Each European State guarantees by public contract to supply an impeccable judiciary. But Europe tries to buy the
independency of Poland's judiciary too. The civil service organization is not servicing the individual civil citizen but its own
choice of groups or colleague-instances or elites. This sector is a dossier with evidences that accountable authorites are
well and sufficient informed on tribunal's or judge's crimes. But leaders come and go while civil individuals remain.
Doing nothing adequat is execution of a decision. This dossier on discrimination and thus bad work is
the legal ground of the legality of rebellion in any way inclusive any communication like the one by
violence. Justice must be seen done; justice must be felt and experienced.
The Human Rights are equally independent exercised by everyone; like a judge ought to determine
them. Since the Roman time is the civil service organization still the opponent of the civil people. |
