| The Public Hearing procedure |
| The Public Hearings is a section of the website Public Scrutiny. The website Public Scrutiny is cooperating with the webdossier “De Openbare Zaak” (URL: www.de-openbare-zaak.nl). Only private individuals work voluntarily and completely disconnected from money. The website and webdossier team shall never have any income and expenses are private individual paid as donations. The website and webdossier are ignited by the lying and cheating of by law established courts and their tribunals or judges. By this the public scrutiny can not execute their legal task. The Public Hearings is not meant for public discussion. Only the two litigants discuss to achieve a solution. Each proceeding has one referee who conducts without interference or intervention. The referee only supplies information or feedback and guards zero-toleranced the fairness (see homepage: The identifiers of terms). The aim of Public Hearings is that each individual continues to live together with enjoy of the fundamental freedoms and rights without the need of a referee. So, in the ideal end the Public Hearings is superfluous. The Human Rights are an equalizing power, nothing more and nothing less. |
