The preparations before the start of the procedure

Due to the legal requirement of good faith (see a paragraph the rules beforehand above) the necessity exists to acquire knowledge. Also understand the conditions to fulfil the procedure (see a paragraph above) and the Manual for Public Scrutiny (see homepage). For sure refresh knowledge of the involved law and law articles, and at which location these can quickly be re-studied.
